Stamp Review Crew: Lemon Zest Edition

Posted by on July 15, 2018

It’s time for another  Stamp Review Crew blog hop! This time we are featuring the Lemon Zest stamp set. You may have just arrived from Lou Kitzelman’s Blog, or if you are going backwards from Lauren Alarid’s Blog. No worries, even if you are starting here. All of the blogs link in a circle, so you won’t miss a single amazing project. If you get stuck, you can always click the link to the Stamp Review Crew to take you to the master list.

I love this stamp set and the matching punch (even though I didn’t use it on this card.) It doesn’t have to be used for only lemons, though, the slices can be used for any type of citrus. In the card below, I created a blood orange, a lemon, and a lime.

Live with Zest card

Stamps: Lemon Zest
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Pineapple Punch, Granny Apple Green, Basic Black
Paper: Pineapple Punch, Whisper White, Reagals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper
Other: 1 3/4″ Circle Punch

I used my Stampin’ Write markers to color the saying, and that way I was also able to leave out the word “it.” Curious why these three citrus fruits? I was mimicking the design on the package of the new Hunger Control Slim! I think it came out pretty close! (If you want more info on this or any of the other great Plexus products, please let me know.)
