Carnival of Colors Blog Hop

Posted by on July 13, 2018

Welcome to the Inky Friends Carnival of Colors Blog Hop Catalog Blog Hop! You may have just arrived from Sara’s Blog, or if you are going backwards from Mary’s Blog. No worries, even if you are starting here. All of the blogs link in a circle, so you won’t miss a single amazing project. If you get stuck, you can always click this link to take you to the master list.

I am super excited to be featuring Lovely Lipstick, one of the great new In Colors! It is a gorgeous red with just a hint of pink. My first cards are a quick and easy set of thank you notes featuring the In Color 6″ x 6″ paper. I love that these patterns are available in all of the Stampin’ Up colors.

Lovely Lipstick Thank You Notes by Yapha

Stamps: none
Ink: none
Paper: Lovely Lipstick, Basic Black, In Color 2018-2020 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper
Other: Thank You Thinlet

My second card uses the new Picked for You stamp set, with the four step apple stamp. I am grateful for the little notch in the photo polymer that makes these easy to line up! (I also like the optical illusion created with the wood paper and my wood counter top!)

My final card uses the Sunny Days stamp set. I love the sentiments in this set, and paired with the images they are just perfect for my Plexus business. This card is for one of my downline. (Curious about Plexus supplements? Let me know! They’ve changed my life. Seriously.) That light pink color in my pink drink is Lovely Lipstick diluted with an aquapainter.

Yapha these are beautiful! The Plexus card is the best! Love the diluted lipstick color in the pink drink. I hadn’t noticed the Sunny Stamp set. This would be a great stamp to use for scrapbooking. I have the cutest pictures of my kids with their lemonade stands. Love how you showcased all the DSP patterns with your thank you cards.

Great projects, Yapha! I love how you matched the wood texture with your countertop and were able to dilute the color for your Plexus refresher. Too fun!

Love The CAS thank you cards (always looking for ideas on these), and the apple card with the wood grain that you so cleverly matched to your counter is beautiful. But that lemonade stand is just too sweet! Now I have a craving for lemonade.
