Coffee Break Suite for the Inky Friends

Posted by on August 25, 2017

Welcome to the Inky Friends Suite Designs Blog Hop! You may have just arrived from Heidi’s Blog, or if you are going backwards from Tanya’s Blog. No worries, even if you are starting here. All of the blogs link in a circle, so you won’t miss a single amazing project. If you get stuck, you can always click this link to take you to the master list.

I am excited to feature the Coffee Break Suite. It is by far my favorite set of products in the whole catalog, as you may have guessed by how often you see it appear on this blog! My first card is a quick and easy square card, showing off a few of the different DSP patterns.

Square Coffee Thank You Card

Stamps: Coffee Cafe
Ink: Early Espresso
Paper: Garden Green, Soft Sky, Whisper White, Coffee Break Designer Series Paper
Other: Coffee Cups Framelits

For my second card, I used the matching framelit to cut out a few of the coffee cups from the DSP. (I had to cut out the coffee pot myself.)

For my final card, I wanted to try a new kind of a gift card holder. I found this cute style with instructions here. This is the front:

And this is the inside, with a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf gift card (because I used up all my Starbuck’s ones!).

Great projects, Yapha! Love how you found a way to show off nearly every pattern of the DSP with your projects and how the framelits cut images from the DSP. I really like that feature.

Fun cards! I love that gift card holder fold – I’ll have to try that.

Yapha lovely projects – I am amazed how much DSP you managed to use – the gift card fold is a fab idea – thanks so much for sharing 🙂

I didn’t look at your projects before I designed mine – funny that they are a bit similar, but different. LOVE your ideas! Can’t wait to CASE.

Great layouts that really show off the cute paper! I especially like the herring bone DSP as the cup holder on the first card paired with the hearts on the cup- as perfect combo!
