Stamp Review Crew: Thoughtful Banners Edition

Posted by on May 14, 2017

It’s time for another  Stamp Review Crew blog hop! This time we are featuring the Thoughtful Banners Stamp Set. You may have just arrived from Jessica Williams’s Blog, or if you are going backwards from Kelly Kent’s Blog. No worries, even if you are starting here. All of the blogs link in a circle, so you won’t miss a single amazing project. If you get stuck, you can always click the link to the Stamp Review Crew to take you to the master list.

Words. I love words!! And this stamp set has so many words. It’s amazing. My first card features a lot of these words.

Words by Yapha

Stamps: Thoughtful Banners
Ink: Melon Mambo, Smokey Slate
Paper: Melon Mambo, Smokey Slate, Whisper White
Other: Duet Banner Punch, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Layering Circles Framelits

For my second card, I only used one word. But it’s a really AMAZING word. And I needed an AMAZING card. The health & happiness company that I love has just reformulated their flagship product and redesigned the packaging as well. I wanted a matching card to send out some samples with, so of course I made my own.

Stamps: Thoughtful Banners
Ink: Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight
Paper: Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Watercolor Paper
Other: Duet Banner Punch, Seaside Embossing Folder

I needed to create a bunch, so I used aqua painters and re-inkers on a full sheet of the 6″ x 9″ Watercolor Paper. I then cut it into 5 pieces that were 1 3/4″ x 5 1/4″.

This is the card with the packaging. I think it matches pretty closely, don’t you?

Thank you for hopping with us today! Your next stop is over at Kelly Kent’s Blog. I can’t wait to see what she made!
