Hello and welcome to the Stampin’ Addicts Fall Holiday Blog Hop! We are excited to be featuring Fall themed items from Stampin’ Up’s Holiday catalog. You may have arrived here from Tanya’s Blog where she featured the festive A Little Something stamp set or perhaps Twila’s Blog (if you are going backwards), or you may be starting here. In any case, all of the blogs link together in a circle so you won’t miss a stop!
I am excited to be featuring the Totally Trees stamp set. It’s a really fun and funky geometric set. There are no sentiments, though, so on my first two cards I didn’t use any. They both could be used for so many occasions.
My first card is a fall one, which is what I immediately thought of when I saw this set.
Stamps: Totally Trees
Ink: Delightful Dijon, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake
Paper: Delightful Dijon, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Paper Stack
Other: Layering Ovals Framelits, Woodland Embossing Folder, 3/8″ Ribbon Silky Taffeta Combo Pack (Cherry Cobbler)
My second card is pretty summery. It’s still really hot here in Southern California!
Stamps: Totally Trees
Ink: Emerald Envy, Chocolate Chip, Marina Mist
Paper: Emerald Envy, Chocolate Chip, Marina Mist, Whisper White, 2016-2018 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack
Other: Layering Squares Framelits, Seaside Embossing Folder
For my final card, I didn’t use any trees at all! I used just the geometric shapes. I think this would make a great first day of school or birthday card. It kind of looks like planets, too, doesn’t it? I used the great colors from The Color Throwdown for this card.
Stamps: Totally Trees, Birthday Banners
Ink: Tempting Turquoise, Emerald Envy, Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Archival Basic Black
Paper: Daffodil Delight, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White
Other: Real Red 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon
Thanks for joining us on our Fall Holiday catalog blog hop. We will be having another blog hop featuring the winter holiday sets starting on Friday, October 7th. Your next stop is over at Twila’s Blog, where she will be showing us the Spooky Fun stamp set. I can’t wait to see what she makes with it!
