Passover Seder Plate Card in Marina Mist & So Saffron

Posted by on March 22, 2015

There is a gorgeous spring color challenge over at Colour Me this week and I just had to play along. I combined it with this week’s sketch from Pals Paper Arts.

Passover is fast approaching (it starts Friday night April 3rd) and I realized that I haven’t made any Passover cards yet this year! Luckily, these two challenges were perfect for one.

Passover Seder Plate Card by Yapha

Stamps: Mazel Tov (retired)
Ink: Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Marina Mist
Paper: Marina Mist, So Saffron, Sweet Dreams Designer Series Paper
Other: 1/2″ Circle Punch, 2″ Circle Punch, Spring Flowers Embossing Folder

Cards for the Jewish holidays are tricky when Stampin’ Up has such a limited selection. I pulled out my retired Mazel Tov stamp set and got creative with the circle punches to make a Seder plate. It almost looks like Matza balls in soup, doesn’t it? Well, either one works for Passover!
