Shana Tova with Honey Sticks for a Sweet New Year

Posted by on September 25, 2014

Shana Tova! Today is Rosh Hashanah, the first day of the Jewish New Year. It is customary to celebrate with apples and honey for a sweet new year, so I decided to update the honey sticks that I made three years ago. Instead of stamping on them, I created the design for the front and back in My Digital Studio, printed it out onto white card stock, and then punched them out.

Paper: Real Red, Whisper White
Other: 1″x 8″ Cello Bags, Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8″ Circle Punch

I handed these out to my Jewish colleagues  and also at our family dinner last night. They are a fun alternative to a Rosh Hashanah card. Best wishes to you and yours for a happy, healthy, and sweet new year if you are celebrating.
