Sending Good Thoughts in Blackberry Bliss

Posted by on August 31, 2014

It’s the fifth Sunday of the month, and that means it is time for another Tic Tac Toe challenge over at The Paper Players. I love these! I make it my personal mission to see how many ways I can get Tic Tac Toe.

pp211

This time I got it three ways —  bottom across (patterned paper, ribbon, purple), middle down (green, embossing, ribbon), and right down (buttons, get well, purple). I prefer to use this “Sending Good Thoughts” stamp for a get well, since the person I am thinking of is in a long health battle and will probably not get well, you know? It’s a much better sentiment for that. But I think it still counts.

Sending Good Thoughts by Yapha

Stamps: Perfect Pennants
Ink: Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive
Paper: Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive, Whisper White, Color Me Autumn Designer Series Paper
Other: Oval Framelits, Blackberry Bliss Stitched Satin Ribbon, Brights Buttons, Arrows Embossing Folder

I hope that you will play along with us this week. I can’t wait to see what you will choose off the Tic Tac Toe board!

Yapha, these colors are so pretty together! How clever of you to incorporate so many elements from the TTT board. I agree this sentiment is perfect for an alternate to the “get well” sentiment. Great card!

I love your card Yapha, that paper is gorgeous – you got a clean sweep of the TTT board too! I’m with you on the sentiment – sometimes this is more appropriate for a ‘get well’ – after all, it’s the sending of thoughts and good wishes that counts.
