Clean, Simple, and Monochromatic for The Paper Players

Posted by on July 20, 2014

Sandy has a Clean & Simple: Monochromatic challenge for us over at The Paper Players today. I combined it with this week’s challenge from Freshly Made Sketches.

PP205   FMS Final 145-001

I always have such a hard time deciding what color to be monochromatic with. Luckily, the Sweet Taffy Designer Series paper made this easier. It has several sheets that are beautifully monochromatic, and made a great starting point for my card.

Happy Birthday Octopus by Yapha

Stamps: Sea Street, Memorable Moments
Ink: Tempting Turquoise, Soft Sky, Basic Black
Paper: Soft Sky, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White, Sweet Taffy Designer Series Paper
Other: Circle Framelits, 2-1/2″ Circle Punch, Bitty Banner Framelits

I hope that you will come play along with us over at The Paper Players. I can’t wait to see your monochromatic masterpieces!
