I had a little trouble with the Faux Tile card for this week’s Technique Twist Challenge. No matter how deeply I scored the card stack, and how lightly I stamped my image, I still was not able to keep the parts between the tiles clean. So I added my own twist to this technique, and cut apart the faux tiles, and mounted them on to a separate piece of Whisper White. I guess that makes them only semi-faux. It saved me a lot of frustration though, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
Stamps: Mixed Bunch, Layered Labels

If you have done this technique before and have any tips, I would love to hear them!
