One of the joys of Digital Scrapbooking is the immediacy with which one can turn photos into scrapbook pages, and just about anywhere! Right now, I am sitting in a Panera in Buffalo, NY will my husband is learning from a master woodworker in Niagara Falls. (Not in the actual Falls, but rather in the town of.) Since I have my laptop with me, I thought this would be a great time to work on a scrapbook page using the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches and the colors from Pals Paper Arts.
We had a very nice Fourth of July with my parents, relaxing all day and barbecuing for dinner. We also took some great pictures in their gorgeous backyard. Since my husband’s shorts are Pacific Point, I knew they would go perfectly with this challenge.
Another I thing that I love about Digital Scrapbooking is how easy it is to make duplicate layouts, or almost duplicate. I wanted to make a page with the picture of my parents and Eve as well, but I didn’t want to reinvent the wheel. So I simply inserted a duplicate page, deleted the original picture, and inserted the new one! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
I hope that you had a wonderful holiday. Don’t forget to scrapbook those memories!
