Pretty Petites Hello

There is an interesting sketch from Unscripted Sketches this week. I say interesting, because it has only a very small space for a stamped image. Or, I suppose, a very large one if you are going to stamp the background.

Luckily, I do have a very small stamp that fits well in that spot — Pretty Petites, one of the Sale-a-Bration freebies. And it has the matching punch, which is also free through Sale-a-Bration! It’s win-win!
Stamps: Pretty Petites
Ink: Rose Red
Paper: Baja Breeze, Rose Red. Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Floral District Designer Series Paper
Other: Daffodil Delight Seam Binding, Petite Curly Label Punch
To make the mat for the punch, I used the old trick of punching two more and then cutting them in half to spread them around the edges. I also doubled the seam binding so it would not be see-through. If this was in My Digital Studio, I would have reduced the opacity of the background sheet. Unfortunately I can’t do that in real life!

Happy, happy, happy hello to be sure! The fun colors of the flowers totally pop against the pink & blue mats (great choice!). Love the sheer ribon too. Thank you so much for sharing your card with us this week at Unscripted Sketches
Lots or bright and cheery happiness on this card, so cute!
Those punches are adorable – and this paper is one of my favorites too! Fun card!
CUte, cute cute! Great take on the sketch, too. Thanks for playing along with us again at Unscripted
Simple and so cute! Love what you came up with for this fun sketch.
