My dad’s birthday is coming up later this week, so I decided to use this great sketch from Pals Paper Arts to make his birthday card.

My dad is a really big reader — that’s where I got it from! — so I used the text designs from the Patterns Designer Series Paper Packs to make the stripes. (And just in case you are wondering what the words are, it is one of Shakespeare’s sonnets, Sonnet 83, to be exact.) This card is 5″x5″ square.
