Mmmmm… Martinis

You may have figured out by now how much I love the new Happy Hour stamp set! When I saw this card by Suzy Halford with the punch art olives and the old Cheers to You stamp set, I knew I had to make an updated one with the Happy Hour set! The olives are ridiculously adorable, and super easy to make! They use the small oval punch (which used to be called the medium oval punch) and the circle from the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack.
Stamps: Happy Hour
Ink: Basic Black, Pool Party, Old Olive, Real Red, Crumb Cake
Paper: Old Olive, Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White
Other: 1 3/4″ Circle Punch, Circles #2 Die, Perfect Pennant Die, Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Real Red 1/4″ Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon, Old Olive Dotted Scalloped Grosgrain Ribbon
The hardest part was deciding what to use for the clear martini, but I settled for Pool Party as a way to show the liquid in the glass. I sponged the edges of the olives to give them a little more depth. Don’t they look good enough to eat? Mmmmm…. olives….
