Fun, friendly, kid-like colors in today’s ColourQ challenge. I decided to combine them with the card sketch from Stamping411. It works great for scrapbook pages too!

I spent this past weekend at the American Library Association annual conference. It was here in Southern California, so the whole family went, and a few friends as well. I took this fun picture of Eve and her friend with a person dressed up as Olivia the pig (from the Olivia books). The colors in it are just right for today’s challenge.
The background paper, which looks just like the writing paper that the lower grades use, is from the fabulous new Storytime Designer Series Paper, available both as real paper and digitally.

Perfect, love the sketch used on your scrapbook page!! Thanks so much for playing along with us this week on the 411 blog.
What a great page! And how fun that the kids got to meet Olivia the Pig!
SO jealous that you got to go to ALA. I have been following your blog for a bit and didn’t realize you were a school librarian. Very cool. I’m a librarian in a public library. Got to go to PLA in March. Hope the conference was good.
Adorable picture, and wonderful page!
This is a great use of the sketch!! Love your page!!
How cute! A great page design and color combo.
Fabulous page!! thanks for sharing it with us.
Oh! What a cute page this is… LOVED it when I say it on our DT site, too! Fab picture for these colors, and I love the mix of patterns you’ve used! Thanks for popping by my blog, Yapha! Hope your week is going great:)
