I think my favorite set in the whole new catalog is Happy Hour. It is a fun set full of cute drinks and clever sayings. We used this set to make one of the cards at Heather’s Stampin’ Up party yesterday.
Stamps: Happy Hour
Ink: Lucky Limeade, Calypso Coral, Pool Party, Midnight Muse
Paper: Calypso Coral, Pool Party, Midnight Muse, Whisper White, 2011-2013 In Color Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack
Other: Calypso Coral Ruffled Ribbon
I am somewhat challenged when it comes to aligning images correctly, so I used the Clear-Mount Perfectly Placed Guides on one of my acrylic blocks and lined up the three drinks together. This way I could make sure that they were straight! Then I used my Stampin’ Write Markers to color in the images. It worked great!
These guides are made of cling vinyl and come easily on and off the blocks when you need them. You can match the grid lines on the blocks up to the lines on the grid paper for perfect placement of the stamps.

Sounds like a great project. And it’s so nice to see my own state!!
Cool! The drinks fit together perfectly! The block guides are an awesome tool. I just read that you can use this same block (with the guide) to help with our Stampin’ Around wheels. The guide helps you line it up on your paper and the block is tall enough to guide the wheel. TFS
Hip! hip! Heray! I need to get me some of that grid stuff. Super cute card, Yapha. Love your color choices too!
Those in colors work so nicely together! Well done!
What a fun card – love those grids!
Obviously those are drinks are alcohol free or they wouldn’t be so perfectly aligned. Great tip about the grid clings for the acrylic blocks and the grid paper. They really do make a difference.
Love how you lined them up on the block. Great idea. And what a fun card for a workshop!
Another great card … makes me wanna go sit out on the beach and enjoy a glass!
