There is a super cute sketch from Freshly Made Sketches again this week, and I’m excited because it gave me a chance to play with my new Blossom Punch!

I love stamps and punches that match, so this new punch that coordinates with the Mixed Bunch stamp set was a must have! I love how the ends of the flowers are scalloped! (And yes, Mom, this card is for you!)
Stamps: Mixed Bunch
Ink: Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz
Paper: Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz, Whisper White, Beyond the Garden Designer Series Paper
Other: Pear Pizzazz Pleated Satin Ribbon, Blossom Punch, 3/4″ Circle Punch
To make the mat behind the flower, I punched out a second flower in Pear Pizzazz, cut apart the petal, and glued them back on so that it peeked out behind the edge of the top flower a bit.

Love your colors, and that pleated ribbon is gorgeous!!!
Beautifully done! Sweet ribbon and a wonderful flower!
Thanks for the tip about the layered flower – it looks fantastic! And I love those bright colors. I’m sure your mother will love this!
I adore the new ribbon and that punch is great! Perfect card.
Thanks for the tip – I was wondering how you did that!

This is wonderful, Yapha! Love how you gave the petals a “frame”…so smart! Glad you joined us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!
