I love March Madness! (And yes, I know it’s April, but the Final Four is tonight!) And this year has been absolute madness! My bracket is completely trashed, as are the rest of my family’s! You want to know who is still in it? Jack the Great Dane! He picked by Dog mascots, and has the UConn Huskies winning it all. So far so good with him!

I picked up this set as one of my Sale-a-Bration freebies, but don’t worry, it’s still available to purchase! I was trying to think of what I could use to make that Pumpkin Pie panel look more like the surface of a basketball. I decided to try the faux alligator skin technique. (Jackie Topa has a great tutorial.) The embossing powder really made the Pumpkin Pie piece a lot darker.
