My mom had asked me to make her some more thank you notes while we were visiting her last week, but I didn’t have the right supplies with me. When I saw this week’s Curtain Call Color Challenge, I knew it would be a great start.
My mom loves doves, and while Stampin’ Up’s two-step Bird Punch probably isn’t a dove, it is close enough for my purposes. I made this card without any ink or stamps! Just punches and my Big Shot. It came together pretty quickly, and since I know my mom will mail it, I kept it lump free. The embossing provides plenty of texture, without annoying the post office.
