A is for Angie

I’ve been making some monogram cards for gifts for the holidays. My sister-in-law was gracious enough to host the first night of Hanukkah at her house, so of course I made some for her! When I asked what her favorite colors were, she told me “cherry red and the different blues of Svat, and also papaya burnt orange.”  I translated that into the Stampin’ Up colors of Cherry Cobbler, Tempting Turquoise, and Tangerine Tango. Look how amazing they ended up looking together!

Stamps: Circle Circus, Broadsheet Alphabet
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Tempting Turqouise, Tangerine Tango
Paper: Cherry Cobbler, Tempting Turqouise, Whisper White
Other: Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding, 1 3/8″ Circle Punch, Scallop Circle Punch

I was unfamiliar with Seam Binding before this. Stampin’ Up’s version is like a very soft cotton ribbon. It is currently available in three colors in the Holiday Mini Catalog. (And- shhhh – it’s coming in a whole bunch more colors in the Occasions mini!) I really like it!
