Fun color challenge over at Stacey’s Curtain Call this week. Since Barely Banana is retired, I used So Saffron instead. It’s just a hair darker, anyway.

These colors put me in mind of something summery and tropical, and since they included chocolate chip (which is perfect for the coconut drink), I grabbed my Tropical Party set. My downline Samantha made a card very similar to this, using the Island Oasis Designer Series Paper down the side. Since I wanted to stay true to the colors in the challenge, I made my own patterned paper with the two different flower stamps.

The only thing I might change on this card would be to try it with the new Daffodil Delight, a much brighter shade of yellow. I felt that was too bright though, to use for this color challenge.
