Rubber Stamping & Card Making with Yapha

Eve was very fortunate to be able to talk Wood Shop in kindergarten this year. She learned to measure,saw, and sand and made a great ring toss. Mr. Thomas, the shop teacher, was fabulous! I figured that as Eve’s only male teacher he deserved his own special set of cards. And I knew the perfect stamp set for it — Totally Tool! What else would you use for a shop teacher? I made him a set of six cards, two each of these three designs, and put them in a super cute and easy folder. (Dannie Graves has a fabulous video tutorial for this.) I used the Urban Garden paper for these, but if you like it, order soon! The stamps are sticking around, but Urban Garden is only available while supplies last!

Zoofari is one of the sets on the Last Chance List, only available until June 30th. It’s an adorable line art animal set, that just makes me smile every time I see it! I made this Zebra card way back when I first got the set, and it is just as cute today as it was then! How can you look at these faces and not smile?

With all the excitement yesterday of the sneak peeks, and the pre-orders, and the last chance lists, I just didn’t have any time to do the Mojo Monday sketch challenge. And it is a great challenge this week!

I have to agree with the sentiment on the card below, there are some friends who just make good times great. It would be fun enough to see all of these new releases from Stampin’ Up, but what truly makes it great is sharing it with a like-minded community of Stampin’ Up demonstrators.
